Weight loss update

While it’s true that I haven’t stepped back on to the white Balance Board for over one month, I have continued to watch what I eat.
As I set out in the original rules, I haven’t changed my diet, I’ve just been more conscious about what I’m eating, but more importantly, HOW MUCH of it I eat.
As a result, I’m glad to say that I stepped on some scales this weekend and found that I have lost 12 pounds since I started this experiment!
Again, this loss has been from simply being more conscious of my diet. Once I add activity back into the mix, I should begin to see more dramatic results.
FAIL.

Alright. I think it’s quite safe to say that I failed the Wii Fit Project as it was laid out.
Where I failed is quite clear. I did not make time to do Wii Fit every evening.
However, I’m still committed to losing this weight. Therefore I’m returning to the Wii Fit project almost as if I’m starting over. I will resume posting results on this site as I work to lose 22 pounds by November.
